LBNano has two series of products: state-of-the-art instrumentation and detection kits for various applications. Our liquid biopsy POC devices are built based on two platforms: i) next-generation nanopore sensing, where ionic current is measured, and (ii) the conventional fluorescent assay. To provide efficient prevention and early diagnosis of human diseases, various kits are fabricated, including those for cancer, cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, sepsis, and so on. In addition to medical applications, our developed POC devices can also be used in the fields of food safety/biodefense, environmental monitoring, and pharmaceutical industry. For this purpose, a wide variety of other kits are being produced. For example, we have kits used for detection of metal ions such as mercury, cadmium, arsenic, lead, copper, iron, uranium, thorium, etc. Our kits can also be used for detection of bacterial, toxins, and chiral molecules.
LBNano developed two nanopore platforms: (a) single channel sensing system and (b) multiple-channels simultaneous sensing system for research and portable/fieldable applications.
LBNano has invented a home-based self-testing device for monitoring cancer and cardiovascular disease, where urine and/or blood samples are analyzed. Multiple biomarkers and machine learning are used for accurate diagnosis.
LBNano has developed a biomarker panel consisting of microRNAs, proteins, and proteases for early cancer detection.
